On Thursday (10 July), TINA – The Tina Turner Musical celebrated Fleur East’s debut as Tina Turner. Guests in attendance included: Amy Leigh Hickman, Andi Osho, Angellica Bell, Asttina Mandella, Balvinder Sopal, Bolu Babalola, Dame Kelly Holmes, Dame Znadra Rhodes, Diane Abbott, Dr Zoe Williams, Fatima Whitbread, JB Gill, Ore Olukoga, Pearl Mackie, Samira Mighty & Tameka Empson

The hit West End production TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL which is based on the life of legendary artist Tina Turner and was produced in association with Tina Turner herself, has been running in the West End for over 7 years, making it the longest-running show ever to play at the Aldwych Theatre where it has broken all box office records, and it is in the top 10 longest-running musicals performing in the West End.

The show stars Fleur East and Karis Anderson sharing the role of Tina and Okezie Morro as Ike Turner. With Carole Stennett as Tina’s mother Zelma, Vanessa Dumatey as Tina’s sister Alline Bullock, Harry Harrington as Tina’s Manager Roger Davies, Irene Myrtle Forrester as Tina’s Grandmother, Emma Hatton as Ike and Tina’s manager Rhonda Graam, Earl Gregory as Tina’s father Richard Bullock, Jarius McClanahan as Tina’s first love Raymond Hill, Mark Anderson as Record Producer Phil Spector and Lyricist Terry Britten and Jonathan Carlton as record company Marketing Manager Erwin Bach.
